Deciding on which song to play for a Bridal Party Introduction or even a unique Bride and Groom Introduction can be a tough job. As every event is unique, so should your song selections. Choosing a song that best fits your personality is so important. This Wedding Song List is comprised of requested songs from the past 20 Weddings that I did this year in Maui and with the movement that is happening on the internet with various events and wedding receptions. Ranging from Alternative to Rock to Dance, this list is in no particular order.

Lee Fields “You’re The Kind of Girl”
Calvin Harries “Feel So Close”
Matchbox 20 “Overjoyed”
The Lumineers “Ho Hey”
Adele “Love Song”
Bruno Mars “Marry You”
Chairlift “Bruises”
Frank Ocean “Thinkin About You”
Mumford & Sons “I Will Wait”
The Black Keys “Dearest”
Goo Goo Dolls “Come to Me”
Ed Sheeran “Kiss Me”

Also a popular movement has been the increase in selecting Country Music for the First Dance and for the Father/Daughter or Mother/Son Dance. I am a big Country Fan for these types of Dances as they portray a story behind the lyrics. In no particular order, here are a few from some recent weddings.

Eric Church “Like Jesus Does”
Tim McGraw “It’s Your Love”
Brad Paisley “Then”
Blake Shelton “God Gave Me You”
Zac Brown Band “Free”
Keith Urban “Only You Can Love Me This Way”
Thompson Square “If I Didn’t Have You”
Uncle Kracker “Smile”
Tim McGraw “My Best Friend”
Rascal Flatts “God Bless The Broken Road”

Just remember that when choosing a song or songs, do not over think it. Remember your past and what you used to like listening to. Your special day should be a reflection upon you and your personality.
